The rates listed are provided in USD. Currency may be converted at the Site, however, it is provided for informational use only. We may change price and availability of rooms listed on the Site without notice.

Binding Arbitration, Venue and Applicable Law

THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION WHICH MAY BE ENFORCED BY THE PARTIES. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The place of arbitration shall be Madison County, Illinois, United States of America. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Illinois.

You agree that, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms of Use must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arises or this claim or cause of action will be forever barred.

Waiver/Severability

The waiver by either party of a breach or right under these Terms of Use will not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or right. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms of Use, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Reservation of Rights

Any rights not expressly granted to you herein are reserved to us.

• Check in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. or as otherwise arranged. Please check in and pick up your keys at our sister property BEALL MANSION An Elegant Bed & Breakfast Inn, 407 E. 12th St., Alton, IL 62002. Because we may be on another floor and unable to hear the doorbell—when you arrive please call from your cell phone and we will meet you at the door under the porte cochere (covering over the drive.) Valid photo I.D. required. Checkout is 11:00 a.m.

• Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.

• NO SMOKING, E-CIGARETTES, CANDLES, OR INCENSE. Please enjoy our SMOKE-FREE property. UNDER THE SMOKE-FREE ILLINOIS ACT (PUBLIC ACT 095-1029) IT A CRIME TO SMOKE IN—OR WITHIN 15 FEET OF—THE PROPERTY.VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED WITHOUT REFUND, CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED A MINIMUM $500 ROOM RECOVERY FEE, AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES MAY APPLY. No E-cigarettes. By order of the fire marshal, candles or incense are not permitted.

• We reserve the right to assign you to another unit of equal or greater value at no additional charge.

• Lost keys will be added to your bill in the amount of $5 each.

• $25 fee for all returned checks.

• George Street Suites is not responsible for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.

• Pet free. Kennel facilities are available within six minutes of George Street Suites.

CANCELLATION, DATE CHANGE, NO SHOW 

All Rates:

• a cancellation number MUST be obtained if you cancel or change reservation dates.
• massage and spa svcs., pkgs., add-ons and svcs. provided by a 3rd party are non-modifiable and non-refundable.
• cancel or change date(s): after Rate Specific Terms dates below; for U.S. Federal holidays, IL State holidays, holiday weekends (Fri., Sat., Sun.), New Years Eve, Valentine's Day, weekends before and after Vanlentine's Day; for special event dates; or no show or depart early - penalty 100 PCT of stay incl. tax.

• 14 days prior to scheduled arrival to receive full refund less 39 USD cancellation fee.
• 13 days to 12:00 noon CT the day prior to scheduled arrival to receive room credit for future weeknight stay, SUN-THU, excluding holidays, holiday weekends, and blackout dates. Good 1 year. A 39 USD change fee will be charged at rebooking.

BED & BREAKFAST PACKAGE 

• by 12:00 noon CT the day prior to sched. arv. to receive room credit for future Sun.-Thus. night stay excl. holidays, holiday weekends, and blackout dates. Good 1 year. A 39 USD change fee will be charged when rebooked.

ADVANCE PURCHASE RATE

• Non-modifiable. NO refunds/credits. NO exceptions.

TRAVEL INSURNCE - BECAUSE THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE CANCELLATION POLICY, REGARDLESS OF REASON OR CIRCUMSTANCE, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE INCLUDING TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE.
